There our interior designers will provide you with all the relevant information and will draw up a customised quote based on the composition and the upholstery chosen, and will illustrate all the promotions currently available. Are your sofas and armchairs covered by a warranty?
Confident as we are of the quality of the durable materials that we use in the structure of our sofas, we put our signature on our products and warrant them for ten years. For any problems regarding the structure, we will repair the reported parts at our expense. The other components of our sofas are also covered by a two-year warranty. Can I also buy your products in installments?
Of course. At poltronesofà you can take advantage of various financing formulas up to 48 months, with the first instalment even deferred 60 days, with no down payment and no interest. You can get all the detailed information on the various possibilities of customised payments at the store.
Is it possible, at the time of purchase, to get more metres of fabric in order to cover cushions or make other home decorations?
Of course. You have the option to purchase fabric by the metre at our poltronesofà stores.
If I buy a sofa in one of your stores, can I ask for it to be delivered to a different location?
It is possible to entrust the delivery of your sofa with any store in Italy, France, Malta, Belgium, Cyprus and Switzerland. You can ask for information and manage the delivery in an area other than that of purchase directly in the store.
I live abroad (neither in Italy nor in Malta) and I would like to buy a sofa from you. Can you send it here?
Currently our shipments cover Italy, France, Malta, Cyprus, Belgium and Switzerland. You may request delivery to the logistics department of one of our stores convenient to you. Afterwards, you can handle the shipment to your home personally and at your expense.

Our collection is so rich that some some shops cannot contain them all, thus we have made a selection, contact us through this form to know if your favourite sofa, or armchair, is available in your store of choice!

Is it possible to purchase online?
We made of variety and customization our strongest assets: this website gives only a taste of it, for this reason we decided not to sell our products online, because you cannot miss the first-hand experience of our products' quality and comfort in store, find the nearest one!
On the website I am able to customize my favourite model only in 15 upholsteries, does this mean I cannot purchase it in an upholstery other than those 15?
Absolutely not, you can choose any upholstery among a collection of more than 370 options: the ones available in our product configurator are just a proposed selection to show you how much you can customize your new sofa. See this page to know all the other upholsteries and come visit us at the store to touch them first-hand.
I purchased my product, but I changed my mind. Is it possible to return it?
Unfortunately, in most cases it is not possible to return a sofa once produced or delivered. They are hand-made upon request and we cannot phisically store all the refused sofas. However, you can contact us through this form to describe your situation. If we are able to modify your sofa, we will do our best to satisfy your request.
I purchased a product, but it has problems. What can I do now?
